Scope:  Slope stabilization project adjacent to residence due to a substantial landslide incurred during the heavy rains and flooding of 2013. Project included removal and offsite disposal of debris and sediment from landslide and construction of pioneered slope road, a 150’ tall retaining wall that included the import and placement of over 1600 tons of rock form the Left Hand Canyon area of Boulder. Temporary road construction and placement of riprap and boulders was also utilized to complete this project.

Scope: Slope stabilization project located at 1213 17th Street, adjacent to Boulder Creek. Todd worked with the City of Boulder to obtain the necessary ROW Permitting and Army Corps Permits needed to work in the wetlands area. This is a slope stabilization project in which a retaining wall will be constructed to mitigate future damage obtained from the 2013 flood and to secure slope failure below the 1213 17th St. residence.  Import of native rock boulder over 4-6’ in diameter, temporary culvert and equipment crossing over Boulder Creek, and drainage systems behind wall areas.  Debris, tree removal and river realignment.
